1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of various web services, including but not limited to website designing, ecommerce development, portal development, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, CPC, SMM, CRO, branding, and other related services (the “Services”) by OSSFON (www.ossfon.com) to you, the client.

1.2 By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with our Services.

2. Service Description

2.1 OSSFON agrees to provide the client with the following Services as specified in the project proposal or service agreement:

• Website Designing: Creating and developing websites based on client specifications.
• Ecommerce Development: Building and optimizing online stores.
• Portal Development: Designing and developing web portals.
• Digital Marketing: Implementing digital marketing strategies.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimizing websites for search engines.
• SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Marketing through search engines.
• PPC (Pay Per Click): Managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
• CPC (Cost Per Click): Determining costs associated with pay-per-click advertising.
• SMM (Social Media Marketing): Marketing through social media platforms.
• CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Improving website conversion rates.
• Branding: Developing and enhancing brand identity.
• Other Web Services

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The client agrees to pay OSSFON the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 OSSFON agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than for the provision of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The client acknowledges that any intellectual property created as a result of the Services shall be the property of OSSFON until full payment is received.

6. Delivery Timelines

6.1 OSSFON will make reasonable efforts to complete the Services within the agreed-upon timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 The client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required for the completion of the Services within the agreed-upon timelines.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the Service Agreement by providing written notice in case of a material breach by the other party.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 OSSFON shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the Services.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and the Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
